Quinoa is a natural, simple and versatile ingredient which is also an ingredient of choice when one desires to make a nutritious meal. An excellent source of fiber, couscous contains no saturated or trans fats. 

Ingredients

Whole grain quinoa (white, black, red), cranberries, dehydrated vegetables (red bell pepper, tomato, onion, spinach, garlic), sea salt, spices, canola oil.

Cooking Instructions

1. Place 1 cup (250ml) of quinoa and 2 cups (500ml) of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

 

2. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer untill all water is absorbed (10 minutes).

 

3. Fluff with a fork.

 

4. Serve.
